Schauffele birdies the final hole to win ahead of DeChambeau
Xander Schauffele claimed a dramatic victory at the 2024 PGA Championship, birdieing the final hole to finish one shot ahead of Bryson DeChambeau. The American held a one-shot lead heading into the final round, but DeChambeau closed the gap after making an eagle on the 15th hole.
However, Schauffele birdied the 17th and 18th holes to secure a famous victory, with DeChambeau finishing as runner-up for the second time in his career at the PGA Championship. Viktor Hovland finished three strokes behind in third place.
